4,000t/year Propylene Carbonate Construction Project

　　 The project is located in the site of Puyang Sanan Chemical Co., Ltd. at Huanghe Road, Hennan with total project investment is RMB 8 million yuan. Sanan Chemical Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer of 10,000t/a melamine. The propylene carbonate device in this project adopts carbon dioxide exhaust gas produced from the melamine device as a type of raw material to manufacture high-purified propylene carbonate, then provides high-grade raw material for further compound dimethyl carbonate. Our Company is responsible for design of main items as production device and raw materials & products tank area, and engineering design of auxiliary equipment as cold storage room, control room, distribution house and lab room, etc for device service. The device uses DCS control to design with continuous producing modular, and to be a complete set of device in the high-purified propylene carbonate device in China. The project built and had its run successfully once in Aug. 2002, the product amount & quality are both to be the design requirements and are very popular and well appraised by the owners.
