　　With the total investment of 2.4 billion Yen and engineering investment of RMB 205,140,000 Yuan, theproject is located in Zhangjiagang Yangshe Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of 49,628m2 (approx.75 Chinese Mu) and construction area of 12,005m2. Our company undertook the initial design and detailed engineering design, including three workshops, boiler room, sewage treatment facility, fire pump, hydrogen and nitrogen device, raw material and finished product tank area,  Changjiang dock transferring tank area, etc. In September 1997, the plant was fully put into operation and achieved great success. The products are popular in domestic and global market. Japanese Fuji Company presented the Thanks Letter to us and appraised our important contribution to this construction.
