JiangSu GaoKe Petrochemical Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise who produces and market as well as researches and develops high-tech products. It has been appraised as a “Important High-Tech Enterprise of National Torch Plan” & “High-Tech Enterprise in JiangSu”, and it has founded a research center of special oil engineering technology that is specialized in research and development of high-tech products. With a total investment of RMB 90,000,000 Yuan, the project is located in industry center of JinTang Town, Yixing City. It takes 60,000m2, and total building area is 22,204 m2. The product designed in this project is bio-diesel oil; the throughput is 120,000t/a. The process adopts the acid-alkali activator technology. We undertook the initial design and detailed design of this project. The design scope includes production workshop, tank section of bio-diesel oil, the utility (fire-pump room, boiler house, electric substation, compressed air section and so on) and the general drawing design. The specialties involves process system, piping, non-standard equipment, auto-control, electricity, general drawing, construction structure, power supply, HVAC, water supply & drainage, fire fighting. The project will be put into production in Mar 2009. The technology and the quality of products will reach advance levels both nationally and internationally, and the level of technology, energy consumption and the quality of products will all be better than others.
