It covers an area of 36,177m2(approx. 54 Chinese Mu) and building area of 8,342m2. Our company undertook the initial design and detailed engineering design, including workshop, dangerous goods warehouse, liquid chemical product stock tank area, experiment building and office building, etc. Our company's work involved such specialties as process system, piping, non-standard equipment and pressure vessels, auto-control instruments, electric, general drawing, architecture structure, power supply, water supply & drainage and fire fighting, HVAC, budgetary estimate and techno-economy, etc. Completed in April 1998 and succeeded in first trial operation, the project was awarded the Chemical Industry Super Quality Engineering Prize by the National Petrochemical Industrial Bureau, and also was awarded one of Environment Amity Corporations (The first set) by General Bureau of Environmental Protection of PRC . Now the company's name has changed to “Lanxess (Wuxi) Chemical Co., Ltd.”
