The project locates in the West Industry Zone, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. With the investment of RMB 270,000,000 Yuan, the project covered an total area of 80,253 square meters (including the area for the 2nd phase project), and a building area of 16,968 square meters. Our company undertook the feasibility research report preparation, initial design and detailed design. The production plant includes individual items such as deoxidization workshop, dry purification workshop, freezing workshop, hydrogen manufacture station, silicon core workshop, raw material tank, circulation water station and so on. Our company's work involved such specialties as process system, piping, non-standard equipment and pressure vessels, auto-control, electricity, general drawing, construction structure, power-supply, water supply & drainage, fire fighting, HVAC, budget estimation and technical economy etc. This project started normal production in December 2008, with various indexes meeting the design requirement and the product quality being stable.
